Visiting this site. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA, certified under the EU US Data Privacy Framework). When you open a page, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and time of the request to deliver the page and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other websites.

Downloading the free mystery. No sign up and no personal data are needed.

The newsletter. If you sign up, your email address, your first name if you give it, the time of sign up and of confirmation and your IP address at that moment are stored with MailerLite (MailerLite UAB, Vilnius, Lithuania), which sends the newsletter for me. You get an email to confirm first (double opt in). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. MailerLite counts opens and clicks so I can see which emails readers like. Your data are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to the email address above. You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40 bis 42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at).
